We are a single resource of customisable support for entrepreneurs seeking more time and space to grow their empire.
The global pandemic has unearthed a new generation of entrepreneur. With an agility like nobody before them, they are able to pour energy into fresh, adaptable business ideas while navigating their own personal adjustment to the new world, with all it’s fear and uncertainty. They have been able to see opportunity within the chaos, and be brave enough to invest their time and money into the unknown.
We too shared in this worldwide pivot, embracing a new way to offer our expertise, which has lead us to work with many brilliant entrepreneurs. Palm Ave began as one person offering freelance business management in order to make ends meet when the pandemic hit. Now, it’s growing into a small team of passionate, experienced and intuitive professionals, ready to help you build your vision.
About Sophie
Welcome! I’m Sophie, Founder of Palm Ave. I’ve spent 12+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level executives, integrating with their working styles and finding ways to give them room to move. In early 2020, I left the corporate world and created my own offering for online entrepreneurs who needed the support of someone they could trust to help their businesses grow.
Following the global pandemic, I’ve seen a huge influx of entrepreneurs seeking support from someone like me - a locally based, corporate-experienced EA with proven success as a virtual freelancer. Someone who can work with them strategically, not just tick items off a list. Someone who is focused and genuinely committed to helping their business thrive, not just hoping to earn some extra cash while working from home.
Palm Ave was launched in early 2022 to connect entrepreneurs to support professionals that fit this same brief so that they can finally gain the strategic and creative space they’ve been longing for.
A little more about me - I’m deeply passionate about stress-management and learning how we can thrive in such a busy world, with time our most valuable asset. In 2013 I started a healthy recipe blog called Nourish Me Whole which flourished into a community of 70,000 seekers of good health. Inspired to expand the discussion into complete wellbeing, I co-founded iusetime in 2016 to share more about what it takes for us to feel complete and happy. iusetime is a now-archived podcast that discusses how we can achieve balance through the five pillars of life - mind, body, soul, purpose and connection.
