We’ll start by scheduling a time to chat and take a brief of your business and what you want to achieve. From there, we prepare your customised Operations Strategy, including suggested procedures, automations and flows for your consideration. If you’re happy to proceed, you’ll be assigned one of our expert Online Business Managers to project manage the implementation of your new Strategy, including platform set ups, automation builds and team orientation. Before you know it, your new systems will be looking after your operations for you, and you’ll have an abundance of extra time to focus on what’s important.
Every Palm Ave team member is Australia-based.
Before signing their agreement with Palm Ave, every Online Business Manager is required to have:
- Corporate experience
- Their own fully-equipped home office
- An ABN
- Their own insurance
- Proven success as a virtual freelancer

Palm Ave are a team of Australia-based freelancers. We are hugely supportive of the economic contribution of the overseas VA movement, however we are acutely aware of the challenges involved. 90% of our clients have come to us after an experience with an overseas freelancer that has not been successful. Although some of the tasks they need to delegate are similar to what they might ask of a Palm Ave Business Manager, they simply don’t have the capacity to conduct the research and provide the amount of training and guidance that can be involved.
Many of our clients find that it is ultimately more cost effective to use Business Managers from Palm Ave than overseas agencies, even for less complex tasks, because our team will typically deliver greater value, require less of your own time investment and will clock less time overall.
